Summary

The tender concerns general planning services for the second construction phase of the expansion, conversion and renovation of Regensburg prison. The work covers HOAI service phases 1 to 9 and several disciplines: building and interior design, outdoor areas, transport facilities, civil engineering structures, structural design, technical building services, building physics, surveying, safety and health coordination, construction site logistics, site clearance, contaminated materials and land management, and a project communication system. This is an open procedure, and the contracting authority plans to award the services in several stages; at contract signature, stage 1 up to and including preliminary design and permitting planning will be commissioned.
