Serial façade renovation works on Kandeler Weg and Zweibrückerstraße

Summary

The tender concerns the serial energy renovation of three four-storey apartment buildings built in 1961 in Berlin-Spandau. The aim is to bring the buildings up to the EH 55 SerSan standard. The works include energy-efficient renovation of the building envelope, construction of projecting balconies and recessed loggias, renovation of the existing roofs and installation of photovoltaic systems on the roofs. The contract is for construction works and also covers all other services needed to achieve the EH 55 standard.
