Democracy place lives again – town hall becomes a neighbourhood house – structural design

Summary

The tender concerns architectural, engineering design and planning services for converting the historic Blumenthal town hall into a neighbourhood house and designing a new extension to the south. It is a design assignment aimed at adapting the listed building for public use and integrating it with the new extension. The estimated project value is about EUR 8.85 million net for cost groups 300–500.
