Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement with up to four framework partners for various quantitative and qualitative evaluations relating to refugees and basic welfare for the contracting authority and its subsidiaries. The evaluation focus areas are quality of life, satisfaction and impact in different contexts, such as residential facilities, mobile supported housing and counselling centres. The scope also includes all related ancillary activities.
