Public tender for offshore wind PPA

Summary

The tender concerns a 10-year power purchase agreement (PPA) for electricity from a new offshore wind farm under construction. The bidder must be able to supply 40 MW for the full contract term and arrange physical delivery together with the associated guarantees of origin. The contract is planned to start on 1 January 2029 or 1 January 2030. The notice also includes two mutual options: an EemsEnergyTerminal option for up to 10 MW from 1 January 2029/30 until 2036, and a mutual option to increase the portfolio by up to 10 MW for at least one year during the contract term.
