The tender concerns property insurance for all operating buildings, including exterior areas, and for inventory, both own and third-party, at owned and rented locations, as well as business interruption cover. There are two contracting authorities: ISTA – Institute of Science & Technology Austria and FM-Plus Facility Management GmbH for Science + Culture in Lower Austria.
