Building installation works – framework agreement 2026, lot 3 – TGA, turnkey construction

Summary

The tender concerns building installation works and other interior fit-out and completion works across various building construction trades. The works are intended to quickly prepare rooms, areas and properties for uses such as cultural spaces, offices, flexible workplaces and refugee accommodation, as well as to bring vacant areas back into use. Five framework agreement partners will be bound for the performance of the works. The detailed call-off and contract performance conditions are set out in the tender documents.
