Framework agreement for the development and operation of an AI system for refugees and further developments

Summary

The tender concerns the development, implementation and operation of an AI-based system for refugee services. The solution should support people during the arrival process in an easy-to-access way, promote their independence and relieve staff workload. The first use case is a pilot project in an accommodation facility with about 1,300 residents, and the work may later expand to other accommodations and mobile counselling. The bidder must be able to carry out development, implementation and further development tasks under the framework agreement.
