The tender concerns site setup for the contractor’s own works, hazardous substance remediation, external demolition, demolition of the building envelope and internal demolition, as well as demolition of technical components for the Humboldt School renovation project. The contractor must be prepared to remove asbestos and other contaminants and to demolish parts of the heating, ventilation, sanitary and electrical systems.
