Summary
The tender concerns the removal, transport and disposal of illegally stored hazardous waste in Sosnowiec in accordance with environmental rules. The work must be carried out at two locations: Bryniczna 9 and Mikołajczyka 59a. The bidder must take into account that, for part of the waste, it may need to prove why disposal by process D10 is not possible, and before contract signature a performance security equal to 10% of the total bid price must be provided.
