Supply and delivery of a coastal and offshore autonomous surface vehicle (ASV) for University of Limerick (UL)

Summary

University of Limerick is procuring a coastal and offshore autonomous surface vehicle (ASV) of more than 6.5 metres overall length. The vessel is intended to support marine science research, hydrographic and geophysical surveys, offshore wind site surveys, and climate and habitat monitoring. The platform must be capable of long-endurance, fully autonomous and remotely piloted operation, with station-keeping, a moonpool for subsea instrumentation, a towing winch, and over-the-horizon communications and control.
