iPad replacement

Summary

The tender concerns the coordinated replacement of about 4,500 school iPads, with an optional additional 500 devices, for Lübeck schools between September 2026 and January 2027. The contractor must supply, configure, label, inventory, integrate and deliver the new devices, collect the old devices after handover, provide delivery and collection records, offer a buy-back value for old devices, ensure secure data erasure and disposal, and hand over structured device data.
