Summary

The contracting authority Etelä-Savon hyvinvointialue is seeking legal expert services in accordance with the call for tenders and its annexes. The services include drafting documents, commenting, advisory and guidance services. Advice and guidance will mainly be provided by telephone, email, other electronic remote connection or at the contracting authority's premises. The services concern legal questions of a public-law entity. Litigation representation services and other legal services not subject to the Procurement Act are excluded.
