Collective occupational disability insurance

Summary

The tender concerns collective occupational disability insurance for the employees of Gemeente Peel en Maas. The municipality wants one insurer to provide cover that supplements the WIA benefit and the ABP occupational disability pension so that the income reaches at least 70% in case of partial disability, 10% of insured income for WGA 80–100% and 5% for IVA 80–100%. The insurance should cover 427 employees and an insured payroll of about EUR 20,500,000. The contract runs for three years from 1 January 2027 to 1 January 2030 and may be extended by another three years.
