Construction works for the Tailteann T2 building gym at Mary Immaculate College

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the gym in the Tailteann T2 building at Mary Immaculate College. The works include full removal of the gym floor back to the original concrete slab together with the existing underfloor heating system, a new 55 mm screed and damp-proof membrane, conversion of the existing storage room into an office, installation of a new suspended ceiling, plasterboard walls, painting and skirting, creation of a new window and door opening, removal and replacement of the large gym door, and refurbishment of the cardio area ceiling and lighting.
