Building services upgrade at Jackson Park

Summary

The tender concerns an upgrade of the building services at Jackson Park. The works include removing the existing domestic hot water tanks and associated equipment and installing a new heat pump domestic hot water system together with a two-pipe VRF air conditioning system. The successful contractor will also be responsible for supply, installation, controls, commissioning, certification, warranty and disposal of the existing equipment.
