Purchase of sleeping bags

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of sleeping bags in two lots: 2nd level ATPŪTA sleeping bags and 3rd level ATPŪTA sleeping bags. A framework agreement will be concluded with up to 3 bidders in each lot separately for 48 months or until the maximum amount is reached. The bidder must submit a technical offer, qualification documents, laboratory test reports and confirmations regarding product compliance, absence of sanctions and, where applicable, an advance payment guarantee.
