Supply of benches

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of school benches to Jelgava city municipality. The bidder must submit an offer for the entire contract, together with a technical offer in line with the technical specification and a financial offer. The offer must be submitted electronically via the EIS system, and the documents must be in Latvian; foreign documents may be accompanied by a translation. The tender documents also include exclusion grounds, registration requirements, subcontractor disclosure rules and a requirement that the offer be signed by an authorised person.
