Provision of fuel quality conformity assessment services

Summary

The tender concerns fuel sampling, laboratory testing, quality conformity assessment, determination of the biofuel share, and preparation and submission of test reports and conformity opinions in ERIS. The service volume is up to 300 units per year, and the contract term is 24 months. The bid must cover the entire scope of the procurement and alternative bids are not allowed. The bidder must be registered, have accredited competence in the testing of petroleum products, and submit the required documents, including the accreditation certificate, details of relied-on entities and subcontractors where applicable, and a sampling plan. The bid must be submitted electronically in EIS together with the technical and financial offers.
