Energy and related services – scenario studies for WUPe

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for independent scenario studies for gas-free heat supply in a defined area. The contractor will compare technically, financially and socially feasible heat options by building type cluster and produce a substantiated preferred scenario for the district implementation plan for energy supply (WUPe). The contracting authority expects to award a total of 8–12 scenario studies under the framework agreement. The studies for the WUPe areas in De Blaak and the villages of Biezenmortel and Berkel-Enschot will in any case fall under the intended framework agreement.
