If the proposed key persons do not have the required competence for the construction of the building’s special parts, engineers with the relevant competence must be involved. The bidder must provide the professional certificate numbers of the engineers. The key persons must have experience from at least 1 such construction supervision service contract during the last 36 months. Previous experience must be provided in an overview.
