Supply of new vehicles (operational leasing)

Summary

The tender concerns the leasing of new, unregistered and unused vehicles for the contracting authority’s needs, with a supplier buy-back obligation. The contract is divided into three lots: 1) an electric M1 passenger vehicle, 2) a hybrid M1 passenger vehicle, and 3) a diesel N1 cargo van. The bidder must also provide 36 months of maintenance and warranty repairs, plus any additional repair work when needed. The tender must be submitted electronically in the EIS e-tendering system. The tender must be in Latvian and include the application, declaration of an independently prepared tender, qualification documents, technical offer and financial offer. Variant tenders are not allowed. If the tender is signed by an authorised person, a power of attorney must be attached.
