Retreading of public transport vehicle tyres

Summary

The tender concerns retreading of 275/70 R 22.5 tyres for public transport vehicles. The successful contractor must collect used tyres from the contracting authority, assess their technical condition, retread them, carry out quality control and deliver the retreaded tyres back to the contracting authority. A framework agreement will be concluded with up to 3 bidders for 2 years, and the first order of 100 tyres will be awarded to the compliant bid with the lowest price. The bidder must take into account registration, previous experience, environmental registration, and the formal requirements for the technical and financial offers.
