Compliance requirements

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must have at least 1 reference contract completed within the 36 months before the notice was published. The contract must have covered maintenance and emergency repair services for an automatic fire alarm system (ATS), evacuation sound system or other building fire safety automation in a healthcare building or another 24/7 facility with enhanced fire safety requirements. The reference contract value must have been at least EUR 10,000 excluding VAT. A similar contract is one where regular maintenance and emergency fault repair were provided for at least 12 consecutive months. For contract performance, the bidder must have at least 2 responsible specialists with at least Level 4 Security Systems Technician qualification or an equivalent professional qualification. They must have at least 12 months of work experience gained within the 36 months before publication of the notice in maintenance and emergency repair services for ATS, evacuation sound systems or other fire safety automation in a healthcare building or another 24/7 facility with enhanced fire safety requirements. The contracting authority will verify the existence and validity of the professional certificates in a public register. If a specialist is not an employee of the bidder, a written consent to participate in contract performance must be provided. The bid must comply with the tender documents and, where relevant, equivalence must be explained and supporting evidence added. The price list for repair and fault work must be submitted, and where applicable a power of attorney, joint bidder authorisation and other required supporting documents must be included.
