Construction of public space around Linnahall as part of the URBREATH project

The machine-readable notice includes the standard exclusion grounds for criminal convictions, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, fraud, and terrorist offences. The bidder or its management/representation bodies must confirm whether any such conviction applies within the last five years or whether an exclusion period is still in force. Where applicable, the bidder may provide evidence of self-cleaning. The notice also refers to subcontractor checks at contract performance stage.

The bidder must have properly carried out at least 2 construction works for the creation of a publicly accessible park, town square or playground within the last 60 months. These works must have been accepted by the client before the contract notice was published. The bid must include a list of these contracts with a short description, completion dates, client details and contacts, and, in public procurement cases, the reference number. The contracting authority may request confirmation from the client that the works were performed properly. The machine-readable notice did not include any other precise qualification or compliance requirements; the rest must be checked in the tender documents.
