Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds in the tender passport, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, as well as any other exclusion grounds set out in the tender documents. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may have to provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed by law or the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have the relevant waste permit or environmental protection permit for providing the service and must state the permit number and validity period. The bidder’s environmental management system must comply with at least ISO 14001 or an equivalent standard. If the system is not certified, an internal environmental management system description or other equivalent evidence must be provided. The bidder must also confirm compliance in the tender passport and, if requested by the contracting authority, provide the names and personal identification codes of authorised persons or confirm that no such persons exist.
