The tender must comply with the technical and formal requirements in the tender documents. The bidder must submit the participation application on Form 1, the price offer on Form 4, and, where necessary, a power of attorney on Form 2 or a joint bidders’ power of attorney on Form 3. The offer must include a description of the terminal technical specifications, a cooperation description, and a draft rental agreement that meets the tender document requirements. The signatory’s authority must be proven if it does not follow from the register.
