Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have carried out at least two similar demolition works within the 36 months before the start of the procurement. A similar work means demolition of at least 2,000 m² of a decommissioned educational, industrial, residential or agricultural building. The bidder must provide the closed net floor area of the demolished buildings and evidence that the works were carried out properly. Under the compliance requirements, the bidder must confirm that the tender complies with the procurement documents and submit the price in the structure of Appendix 3, the price table. If precise requirements or forms need to be checked, the tender documents must be consulted.
