Purchase and installation of MIG/MAG welding equipment

The bidder must confirm that there are no tax arrears and that no insolvency proceedings have been initiated against the company. For foreign bidders, the contracting authority may request the relevant information. If the machine-readable notice did not include precise exclusion grounds, they must be checked in the official tender documents.

The bidder’s turnover in the financial years 2023–2025 must be at least EUR 110,000 per year. If the bidder is not an Estonian company, it must be ready to submit a signed copy of its annual accounts or similar documents as proof. The bidder must also have at least 2 similar deliveries of industrial MIG/MAG welding equipment within the 36 months before publication of the tender. The experience description must state the client or site name, the scope of work, the main data of the delivered equipment, the number of units and the delivery time. If the machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification or suitability criteria, they must be checked in the official tender documents.
