The bidder must confirm acceptance of all tender document terms. Alternative solutions or variants are not allowed. The bidder must also confirm that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned regions; otherwise the tender may be rejected.

The bidder’s net turnover for 2023 and 2024 must be at least EUR 460,000 based on approved annual accounts published in the register. The bidder must have prior sales and installation experience with similar food industry equipment at at least two sites during the 60 months before the start of the procurement. For the references, the bidder must provide the site names, locations, and the dates of delivery and installation. The bidder must be able to provide technical support and performance solutions during the warranty period within 24 hours from the occurrence of faults or equipment failures and must be able to replace wearing parts promptly. The offer must comply with the tender documents, and where necessary, evidence explaining equivalence must be included.
