Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have experience in manufacturing and/or selling injection molding machine sets or similar products. The bidder must have delivered the product type named in the tender, or similar products, worth at least EUR 1,000,000 during the last 3 years. To prove previous deliveries, the bidder may submit documents such as CMRs or invoices, and the contracting authority may request additional documents if needed. In addition, the bidder’s average annual turnover for 2023–2025 must be at least EUR 1,500,000. Relevant information and confirmation must be submitted on Form 2. By submitting the bid, the bidder confirms that the bid complies with all conditions set out in the procurement documents.
