Purchase of a sawing unit

The machine-readable notice did not include precise exclusion grounds; these must be checked in the tender documents. The bidder must nevertheless confirm that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned areas.

The bidder’s net turnover for each of the last three financial years ended by the start date of this procurement must be at least EUR 250,000 per year. The bidder must have completed at least one order for a sawing unit similar to the subject of the procurement within the last 36 months. The relevant information and confirmation must be submitted on Form 1. The tender must comply with the tender documents and include the bidder’s name, registration code, contact details, and the price excluding and including VAT. The bidder must confirm that the offered equipment is new, that the tender price is submitted in the required structure, and that equivalence has been explained and supporting evidence attached where necessary. In the case of a joint tender, an authorised representative must be appointed and a power of attorney from the joint bidders must be attached.
