Observational study of traffic safety indicators

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, procurators or other authorised representatives have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, or offences related to the commission of a terrorist act or terrorist activities. If any exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The bidder’s net turnover for the last financial year completed by the start of the procurement must be at least EUR 40,000. Joint bidders may aggregate turnover. Within the last 36 months, the bidder must have performed at least one contract covering traffic safety studies and data analysis with a value of at least EUR 9,999.99 excluding VAT. To prove compliance, the bidder may need to submit the latest annual report or another turnover document, as well as a client confirmation for the previous contract. The bidder must have suitable equipment for the study: devices suitable for instantaneous speed measurement, video recording equipment, and software for data collection and processing. If the bidder relies on another company’s resources, the details and consent of that company must also be provided.
