Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice did not include precise exclusion grounds; these must be checked in the tender documents. However, under the compliance conditions the bidder must confirm that subcontractors and suppliers linked to Russian Federation citizens, residents or entities established in the Russian Federation will not be used for more than 10% of the contract value. If this condition is not met, the contracting authority may reject the bid.
