Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice included only one exclusion ground: participation may be restricted based on the bidder’s place of establishment or residence, if the contracting authority has set such a restriction in the procurement documents. The bidder must confirm whether this restriction applies and, if required, provide the requested electronic availability, URL, code and issuer details. No other precise exclusion grounds were provided; they must be checked in the official tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have completed at least five construction contracts in the last five years that are similar to the subject of the tender or of similar scope. A list of the main contracts must be submitted, including their value, signing dates and the other contracting parties; public procurement contracts may also be included where applicable.
The project manager must have at least 3 years of experience as a project manager. The bidder must submit a list of at least five completed works for a project manager with higher technical education, together with a copy of the document proving the required education. At least technical applied higher education is required.
