Purchase of IT accessories

The bidder must confirm that no exclusion grounds under RHS § 95(1) points 1–5 apply. The bidder must also confirm, where relevant, that no exclusion grounds under RHS § 95(4) points 8 and 12 apply. The notice also includes a confirmation about a possible national restriction based on the bidder’s place of establishment or residence; the exact applicability must be checked in the tender documents.

The bidder must have properly performed, during the 24 months before publication of the simplified procurement, sales contracts for IT equipment or accessories for laptops or desktop computers with a total value of at least EUR 200,000 excluding VAT. A list of the properly performed contracts must be submitted, including the contract conclusion and performance dates, the other party’s details (client name, email address, telephone) and the contract value.
