The bidder must submit the tender in accordance with the technical specification and the general quality requirements. The bidder must also submit a list of compatible materials, product information sheets or user manuals, and safety data sheets. The offered product must be registered in the Health Board’s medical devices register; if it is not registered, the bidder must confirm that the product will be registered within 14 days after being declared successful. The tender must also meet the equivalence requirement, and the bidder must provide evidence of equivalence where necessary.
