Summary

The tender concerns the supply of dressing materials, negative-pressure wound therapy dressings, cleansing and care products, and hygiene products (diaper pants). The contract is divided into 21 lots, each treated as a separate item. The bidder must submit the offer electronically in Polish, signed with a qualified electronic signature, and provide product evidence for medical devices, including the product class and UDI-DI or GTIN where applicable. If catalogue numbers or UDI-DI/GTIN are missing, the offer may be rejected.
