Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice states that the bidder must confirm that no exclusion grounds apply. The contracting authority excludes a bidder who has submitted false information. The bidder must also confirm that it has no tax debt as of the start of the procurement procedure; if the authority cannot verify this from public registers, the bidder must provide a certificate from the competent authority in its country of establishment. The contracting authority checks tax debt independently through the public procurement system.
