Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, procurists or other persons with authority to represent it have been finally convicted in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, or offences related to the commission of a terrorist act or terrorist activity. If any such ground applies, information must be provided on the conviction date, reason, convicted person, exclusion period and any self-cleaning measures. The bidder must also confirm that taxes and social security contributions have been paid and that it does not use a subcontractor in contract performance who would have to be replaced under Section 122(7) of the Public Procurement Act. The bidder must also confirm that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned areas.
