Navigation marking maintenance
Summary
The tender concerns maintenance of navigation markings. The bidder must confirm that it has no exclusion grounds under the Public Procurement Act, submit the required confirmation in the procurement register, and provide the names and personal identification codes of any other authorised persons not visible in the business register, if applicable. For qualification, the bidder must show at least one completed navigation marking maintenance contract from the 36 months before the notice date, worth at least EUR 10,000 excluding VAT, and submit contract details on the required form. If relying on another company’s resources, the bidder must submit that company’s consent and, where relevant, identify subcontractors. The bid must also comply with the tender documents, include the price form, joint bidder authorisation if applicable, a trade secret statement if needed, an equivalence statement if needed, confirmation that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions, and confirmation of an environmentally friendly performance method. The bidder must also have a workshop available for maintaining navigation equipment and monitoring systems throughout the contract period.
