The contract is divided into 16 lots: Virtsu, Oidremaa, Lõpe, Koonga, Mihkli and Kõima, Tuudi, Alaküla, Kirbla, Saulepi, Varbla, Paatsalu, Paadremaa, Kõmsi, Vatla, Matsalu and Rooglaiu. Tenders may be submitted for all lots, and a contract may be awarded to one bidder for up to 16 lots.
