Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, nor persons with authority to represent or control the bidder, have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, or any other exclusion ground listed in the procurement. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The machine-readable notice did not include any more precise exclusion grounds; these must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have the equipment and experience needed to perform winter maintenance services. If mowing services are offered, the bidder must also provide the required information and prices for those services. For winter maintenance, the relevant data must be submitted, and the maintenance equipment details must be entered under “Other information”. The mowing service data are to be provided in Annex 2. The procurement is divided into 16 areas, and bids may be submitted for one or more lots. The machine-readable notice did not include any more precise qualification or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
