Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that neither it nor its management body members have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, or the other exclusion grounds listed in the ESPD. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where this is permitted. The bidder must also confirm that taxes and social security contributions have been paid, or that the relevant information is electronically available.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification or suitability criteria; these must be checked in the tender documents. The compliance conditions do state that the bid must comply with the procurement documents, conditional bids are not allowed, and equivalent solutions must be documented where relevant. If the bid is submitted as a joint bid, a power of attorney for the joint bidders must be attached. The bidder must also provide proof of payment of the bid security or a guarantee letter and confirm how many volume units are offered in this lot.
