Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice included standard exclusion grounds based on final convictions, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other mandatory grounds under the ESPD. The bidder must confirm the answers, and where applicable may provide self-cleaning evidence. The notice also refers to the possibility of checking some information electronically.
