Electricity supply

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of electricity for the contracting authority’s sites for a 12-month period from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027. The bidder must submit one price offer for the full volume, together with the required technical and financial offer forms and the supporting qualification documents. Participation is limited to bidders registered in the Public Utilities Commission register of energy supply service providers. The award criterion is the lowest electricity price in EUR/MWh excluding VAT; if prices are equal, the bidder with higher mandatory social insurance contributions in the year before the submission date is preferred.
