Fuel supply

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of fuel for three separate vehicle fleets: Silakrogs, Ulbroka and Vangaži. A bidder may submit an offer for one or more lots, but not for partial lots or alternative offers. The contract is planned to start on 1 September 2026 and run for 24 months, or until the lot’s contract amount is used up, whichever comes first; the term may be extended up to 48 months if the amount is not fully used. The bidder must submit the offer electronically in the EIS system, in Latvian, with a signed application, selection documents, technical offer and financial offer. The offer must be signed by a person with representation rights or an authorised representative. If the bidder is a consortium or partnership, additional documents on members’ commitments and responsibility sharing are required. Subcontractors worth EUR 10,000 or more must be declared. The award criterion is the most economically advantageous offer for each lot.
