Summary

The tender concerns roof works for the Burg volunteer fire brigade building. The contractor must carry out the full roof build-up: cleaning the substrates, applying primers and vapour barriers, installing insulation, laying a two-layer bitumen waterproofing system, creating an extensive green roof for the social block, preparing the vehicle hall for an on-site photovoltaic system, installing a slab finish on pedestals for the terrace, and adding drainage, leak detection and fall protection systems. The bidder must be prepared to provide registration, financial and technical capacity evidence, and several supporting documents.
