Disposal of residual waste

Summary

The tender concerns the handling of residual waste in two lots from 1 January 2027. The contractor must provide acceptance of waste at at least one transfer point, pre-treatment plant or disposal facility made available and operated by the contractor, weigh and document the accepted waste, and where necessary arrange onward transport, pre-treatment and final disposal. The authority organises delivery of the waste and this is not part of the contract. The bidder must take into account two references, a disposal concept, a contingency concept, turnover, liability insurance, register entry and submission of all required documents.
