Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds in the tender documents, including that neither the bidder nor its management, supervisory or representative persons have been finally convicted for participation in a criminal organisation or corruption within the last five years, unless the exclusion period in the judgment still applies. The bidder must also confirm that it will not use a subcontractor who would have to be replaced under Section 122(7) of the Public Procurement Act, and that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions or originate from sanctioned areas. If self-cleaning measures are relied on, evidence must be provided.
