Summary

The tender concerns the renewal of the mechanical locking systems for eight properties owned by VAV Yhtymä Oy in Vantaa. The bidder must offer a patented, secure and reliable locking system suitable for rental housing, with patent protection valid at least until 2040. The offer must also cover key marking, key management, rekeying, maintenance, door modifications, terrace and balcony door changes, site inspection, key bundling and at least a 2-year warranty. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest total price.
